NEPTUNE is ready !
After 6 years, and more than 800 hours of work, my program to learn Naval English is, at last, ready to ship. It is not "finished". I will continue to update it, but it is ready enough to be released.
The program was presented to the public during the IMLA-IMEC29 conference, in Busan, Korea, on 23 October 2017. It is free, and published under Creative Commons license.
